Terms and Conditions

1. scope of application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his or her commercial nor to his or her independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity.

The purchase contract is concluded with ABC PHU Hanna Chalupczak.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these articles. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 3.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We store the text of the contract and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the text of the contract in our customer login.

4. delivery conditions

Shipping costs may be added to the stated product prices.

If you pay in advance or via PayPal, the shipping costs are 3.95 EUR. If your order exceeds 99 EUR, delivery is free of charge. If you pay cash on delivery, the shipping costs are 7,90 EUR.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Deliveries outside Germany cost 9.90 EUR. Only payment in advance is available for this.

We only deliver by mail order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Availability of goods and delivery time

The availability of the goods is displayed after you have selected the size and colour of the product. It means the time we need to ship the goods. Courier service DHL usually delivers the order within 2 days.

If there are products with different availabilities in the shopping cart, the shipment will be made only after the whole order is completed. You can also choose to have the order delivered at a later date.

The delivery time also depends on the selected delivery and payment method (prepayment, PayPal, cash on delivery).

It may happen that the model you have selected is not in stock at the supplier. In this case, the customer will be informed about possible delays by e-mail.

5. payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

Prepayment
If you choose payment in advance, we will inform you of our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Cash on delivery
You pay the purchase price directly to the deliverer. There will be an additional charge of 3,95 EUR (7,90 EUR in total).

PayPal
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimise yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

6. transport damages

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects as soon as possible to the delivery company and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

7 Warranty and guarantees

The statutory law on liability for defects shall apply. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

8. dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here.

We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
