We ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Netherlands

Shipping to Germany:

All shipments are sent via DHL Germany. All shipments within Germany are accompanied by a free of charge return label. If you pay in advance or via PayPal the shipping costs are 3,95 EUR. For orders over 99 EUR, delivery is free of charge. Extra charge for postage paid on delivery: +3.95 EUR.

The shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

Shipping to Poland:

We offer the following forms of delivery within Poland:
- Paczkomaty (cost 2,21 EUR)
- DPD courier (cost 2,36 EUR)
- Polish Post Office (cost 2,36 EUR)

Shipping to other countries:

All shipments are sent via DHL Germany. If you pay in advance or via PayPal the shipping costs are 9,95 EUR. For orders over 199 EUR, delivery is free of charge. It is not possible to pay upon receipt of the parcel.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping basket.

Availability of goods and delivery time

Information about the availability of the goods is displayed after selecting the size and colour of the product. It indicates the time needed for the goods to be dispatched. DHL courier company usually delivers your order within 2 days to Germany (3-4 days to other EU countries).

If there are products with different availability in the shopping cart, the shipment will be carried out only after the whole order is completed.
The order processing time also depends on the selected delivery and payment method (prepayment, PayPal, payment on delivery).

It may happen that the selected model is not available in the supplier's warehouse. In this case, the customer will be informed of possible delays via e-mail.
